Webcam interaction

We have clients and many servers. The servers are including many Database Servers. A web cam is attached with clients' computer. Client will captured images based on the time which customize by administrator and save in web server. A web site is built to allow the Administrator to browse by using explorer to see the updated images for selected client.
Moreover, administrator can have a real time view of captured images from any selected client through browser by log on to the web site. One more feature is client should save captured images as a video file once motion is detected and send all the movie file to the databse server. Load balancing server is used to control the traffic of data transmission. Once one database server is full, load balancing server can automatically locate the file for second database server and so on.
The main objective of this project is storage issues. So it is recommended to use MPEG4 for movie.
