Flash Game

I would like costings on the development of a Flash game.
The game will be a fruit machine ( slot machine ) with the standard 6 or 8 fruits on the reels. ( the reels must spin, not just flicking between different fruit images )
The game must be linked in with a simple Database which finds out how many players have won, and then adjusts the odds based on the amount of winners. There are different 3 prize categories ( 50 x t-shirts, 25 x cds, 10 x jackets ). It must calculate that if t-shirts won < 50 then prize = t-shirt. etc etc
Prices and previous work examples required.
