Karaoke Software

We are in need of a top class developer to create the following piece of software which is basically a karaoke player/recorder with some added functionality. The requirements are as follows:
1) The files that the player must read for the backing track will be in WMA format, and there will be a lyrics file(XML) which will have the word timing within. When a user wants to record a track they will hear the backing track being plsyed and will see the lyrics with bouncing ball affect (or such like).
2) The player will encode both the original backing track and the newly created singing and output 1 WMA file.
3) Once the user is happy with the ouputted file they must be able to hit a 'publish' button. This will then upload the WMA file onto our webserver.
4) Each user must be able to download a demo version, and then have the option to buy the software, so we need some method of registering software keys or such like.
These are the core requirements of the software, there are some other tocuhes we would like adding which we will discuss with any applicants after initial conversations.
We have a very tight deadline on this, in fact two weeks, so we will only be considering people that present a plan that will address all of the requirements above.
