Repost for Karaoke Software

Due to several freelancers letting us down with the development of our software we are having to repost the project.
The overall aim of the software is to provide the user with the ability to record thir voice over a backing track (Supplied by us), edit the recording and upload this polished track to our website.
We therefore require a developer to create a piece of software that does the following:
1) Plays WMA backing tracks
2) Records from a microphone
3) Allows for some sound editing such as fade/echo/reverb etc
4) Reads and displays the lyrics, as with any piece of karaoke software
5) Creates one WMA file which is both the backing track and the newly sung vocals combined
6) Transfers the file from the users PC to our website
7) The software must be bitmapped so we can have a non custom interface.
We are looking for a company or inidividual who are ready to start work on this straight away, who can deliver the end product quickly, and also we are looking to reduce initial development costs and so offer a profit share scheme which would result in much higher profits for any company that takes this project on.
