PR Freelancers Required

posted on 26/10/2003

Hi,

PR FREELANCERS REQUIRED FOR NO-HASSLE ASSIGNMENTS

They say the PR business would be OK if it wasn’t for the clients. Well I’m in the process of establishing a new type of PR service that needs freelance PR writers with no client contact!! Sounds too good to be true?

The service I’m planning to launch will have account managers to worry about the client-facing stuff but will require experienced talented writers to respond to clear briefs (who, what. why, when, where, message and angle with some reference material such as previous releases and web addresses) and write news releases – simple as that.

Interested in making yourself available for this no hassle PR work?

Then please get the ball rolling by emailing me with the following information and/or attachments.

1 Areas of expertise (business sectors)
2 Usual (workload-permitting) turnaround time from brief to first draft to write one news release
3 Rate for –say- one 400-word press release*
4 A couple of examples of news releases you have previously written.

*When you quote your rate for one press release please do not include the time you’d normally spend doing the client-facing stuff and time for amendments. All you do is read the brief then write it and forward it to me.

The launch of the service is planned for the New Year.

The amount of work I can pass on will depend on my marketing success and how the kind of work I successfully attract matches your own personal experiences.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,

Richard Glynn
