They want a very basic html site, no flash! Text and pictures will be provided.
Please let us have url's of recent work, detailed costings and timescale. Reply's that do not have prices and url's will NOT be considered.
We are a design company and use freelancers on a regular basis, so this is a chance to be used on many projects.
