Creative web desinger required

We are a large web consultancy company and is looking for a web designer who can create eye catching templates for us. Our requirement is more than 3000 templates. One can work fom home or travel to our office and can also work on part time basis. Those templates are required to send emails from our cutomer's mailing system. Those templates are atually skins
of those emails depending upon the choice and profession of the users. It is very good if you have already done such work. We would like to receive at least two templates from you to understand how much creative you are. We shall pay 10-12 for each template depending upon our creativity. We shall not respond to any email which doesn't contain anything other than template.
Sorry we don't read promotional emails and we don't answer too many questions from any web designer.
