Youth Web Site Designers

I am a UK media/marketing consultant and would like to co-operate with a web design company who specialise or have experience in web site design aimed at the youth market. This is for a specific project relating to the European Parliament elections next year.
Companies must be UK based, be Ltd companies and be able to show Report and Accounts and/or Balance Sheet to the client in the proposal. Please do not reply if you cannot do this.
