Site Reskinning

I run a very functional site for a national charity. Their website is a dry and practical affair... but we want to put two lively, activity-full pages at the top of the site. These will need to be rebuilt monthly, say, to keep them fresh.
Please email for more details and the address of the site before quoting. I want a price for re-building these 2 pages every 4 weeks for one year. Closing date for more info midnight 15 December 2003.
Prefer a talented individual to a large concern. Experience in gaming (gambling) graphics particularly useful.
