Gorgeous Graphic Artwork Required

I’m after someone to knock together 2 characters for use on predominately a new club night's website but also on the flyers and posters. The characters need to be manga / cartoon style in the same way that these ones are:

We require two characters one male, one female. In 12 different poses and stances. Before you ask it’s not porn or anything seedy like that!! We will need the artwork at 300dpi CMYK for the flyers and posters. For the web, raw format of PSD or PNG in RGB. We will also retain copyright of the characters.
There is money available but it is a tight budget. Please bare that in mind when submitting quotes. This is also a high profile project and the creator will reap the benefits of the exposure that his work will be associated with.
