MySql Database / Site Build

Im looking for a php / mysql programmer to build a site to my requirements. I already have the site template in place but don't have the time to do the back end / database work.
The website is basically going to allow owners of fast food restaraunts & take aways to create and account and enter their menu for online viewing.
I will configure the apache server to setup a subdomain for the restaurant which will display their menu.
All i basically require is the user registration / login forms and their login area where they can create / edit / delete their menu.
