posted on 22/4/2004UK-based news and reviews website is on the lookout for news writers covering either music, TV, film or a combination of the three.
We're leaning towards an alternative editorial feel, so want intelligent comment, facts and liberal sprinklings of humour, as often as possible. We think news stories can be more entertaining on the internet - there is scope to distinguish ourselves from the plainspeak of the majority of news sites.
Musically we're more 120 Minutes than Gonzo, and with TV and film it is quality that counts rather than mega budgets - the lo-fi aesthetic should be engrained in your hearts.
If you are interested in writing for us, please send a news story in the style that you would want it to be published (max 300 words) - and no attachments please (we're using a hotmail address to help us monitor referrals).
