I would like to have a competitive quote for an e-commerce portal which would host the follwing services.
*allow registered users to upload music and movie files for a fee( monthly/quartely/yearly)** allow registered users to listen/view files ( free files/ pay per download).
All the payment transactions have to be through a secured credit card interface. Only mode of payment allowed would be credit/debit card.
Kindly provide a quote for the whole Project.
