Corporate Site Designer Needed

Client: Large national company based in Watford (many offices nationwide) requires a site developed using own corporate image.
Required: Freelance designer needed to design the site layout (not working on development - just design and layout of the site).
Must have excellent personal portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of designing business web sites.
Our client and our company are both based in Watford. The freelancer MUST be based in the surrounding area to be brought in for the project.
