Linux Email Book Author

I am a commissioning editor for a publishing company. I would like to talk to people who have set up email servers using Linux, particularly in small businesses.
Knowledge of a variety of email-related applications such as virus and spam scanning, webmail, as well as IMAP, POP and SMTP will be a big plus.
If you have these experiences, and fancy being a published author, then I want to hear from you. Authors will be paid by advances and royalties. You do not need to commit to writing a whole book -- authors for individual chapters are also valuable.
