Web Grapics Designer

We need a junior web-designer to work on an upcoming project creating graphics and HTML templates for conversion to PHP by our resident programmer. This means a knowledge of PHP would be useful, but a young and funky design eye is the critical element.
We'd prefer you worked in-house at our docklands base but we haven't ruled out distance working. The intial project would probably require about a day per week for the next two months - but as we're constantly doing new things, its likely to be ongoing.
The work is for one of the UKs top adult websites so you'll need to be open minded, but previous experience in the area isn't vital at all. In fact, give the hours we require and our target audience this would make a good job for a recent grad or someone still at college.
