Enhancing search facility in current E-commerce Website

Hi,
We run an e-commerce website. We require an individual to help us enhance the search facility of our website. We have over 16000 products and customers need to be able to find what they are looking for.
Candidate need to be from around Leeds/Yorkshire area. More work available in future. Please send us your example of work and costings. We require someone to work ASAP.
No agencies and certainly no one from outside UK please. They will be ignored.
