CD Album Cover Design Needed

Urban High.
I also need a CD Album designed for an Urban 2 Step ‘Vocal’ Garage and Hip Hop Compilation Album Called The ‘Bling Makers’ I’d like a style/vibe similar to Kiss FM series of R&B/ Hip Hop Compilation Albums (examples at Kelko or www.warnerdance.com)
Plus a CD Album design for a Funky Vocal House Compilation Album called Equilibrium Presents Smooth House - which can be either a ‘cool generic’ sleeve or Models/People orientated or ‘drawn illustration’ type vibe.
I need to see quick Mock ups on which ever one or ones please.
Sorry Budget 50 GBP (per CD Album Sleeve) is a bit low - so maybe enthusiasts or ‘up and comings’ please.
