Flash Specialist

We are looking for a flash specialist to help us with a large project and on-going work. Must be an expert using flash and please let us know what else you can do (i.e 3D, director etc). We require an online portfolio that we can see, references and you must have time available to commit to the project(s) full time. WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN OTHER COMPANIES ONLY FREELANCERS.
