Web Designer Wanted

I require a web designer to design a brand new quiz site I am working on.
I only require the homepage to be designed as a PSD file as I have a developer who is taking care of the back end system.
Please contact me for further details but please bear in mind this is a project on a tight budget and I will not pay more than £150 inc. VAT for the design so please do not apply if you expect a higher payment.
This project would suit a talented web design student or new company seeking to boost its portfolio
