Large are looking for an experienced Account Manager with well developed project management skills to work on long-term projects from their London office.
With at least two years experience working for a web design agency, you will have a proven track record of handling new media accounts for demanding clients from a variety of business sectors. Clients include Agent Provocteur, Haven Europe, the Kick Racism Out of Football campaign and Siemens mobile.
The focus of this role is two-fold. You will deliver exceptional customer service but you will also ensure projects are run efficiently and to a high standard. You will update the Directors regularly and will develop client relationships and supplier partnerships.
The role will entail managing the overall project development process from the early stages, delivering projects and ensuring that client requirements, budgets and timelines are met. As such, your experience to date will cover: project scoping work, preparing project specification documentation, resource planning, quotations, client liaison, product demonstrations, creative briefing, quality testing, budgetary control and handover procedures.
