Data input for database - preferably in excel

I have a catalogue of tools that need to be put into an excel sheet. eg. Tool title, product code, image200x200,description (html to be taken from files). Looking for someone take each tool spec from a html page and add it to the description column. Around 100 tools to be added. I have all the content in pdf and html pages.
