Local Delphi Developer Required

We are looking for a delphi developer to take over a software project. The software is a karaoke-style piece of software which allows the end user select a backign track and record their lyrics over the top.
The ideal candidate would have some sound engineering background, or at least some experience in working with sound files on the Windows Platform. Our only ABSOLUTE requirement is that you are based locally to Chelmsford in Essex - although working on-site is not essential, regular meetings will definitly be required.
Experience of skinning applications, xml and installshield/wise installer is a definite advantage. In the future we may want to create a Macintosh version so any experience there would also be an advantage.
