Logo/newsletter templates

A new business requires a new logo and updateable newsletter templates (for mailing out to clients).
UK graphic designers only.
In your reply please give a cost for designing a new logo (it will be a text logo) and approximate costs for one newsletter template based on 4 pages. The newsletter template needs to allow the client to update sections/headings/add images etc.
Please do not send attachments in your email reply as these emails will be deleted.
