Essex/London based Javascript developer required

We are looking for an experienced javascript developer to create an online media player for our website. The player must work by using embedded activeX objects and plug-ins for all 3 of the major audio players, i.e. Windows Media Player/Real Player/Quicktime.
The player must meet the following requirements:
1) It's appearance will be built from a series of JPEGS, i.e. a skin, and therefore buttons such as play and stop will just be JPEG's with custom onClick events.
2) It must be cross browser compatiable.
3) It must be capable of playing MP3's and WMA's for audio, and MPEG and WMV for video, although we understand the use of some of the windows technologies is not possible in quicktime.
The ideal candidate will also have some ASP/SQL Server experience although not essential. We are adament about meeting anyone before commencing with any work and therefore you must be within travelling distance of Billericay in Essex. Use of the Windows Media Player/RealPlayer/Quicktime embedded technologies would ceretainly be a major advantage.
