Website Developer/HTML Programmer

We require a website developer asap for a music website. Ideally, he/she will work in our Leeds office for the duration of the project. We will have the visuals already prepared for the site. We just need it all put together. We will have a separate person in charge of the back end programming. The project should last no more than four or five days.
Please supply example websites and rates.
