Hero High a Massive Multi-User Online Chatting Community

I am looking for a java server developer that also can handle swing, which can also use the framework of fuselight server as well as use a protocol for the Shockwave Multiuser Server(SMUS). The project is Massive multi-user oline chatting community called Hero High which consist's of you being a teen superhero in a school. Hero High is aimed at Teenagers in English Speaking countries.
Well, need to say I am just looking for someone that could just edit the server fuselight and change the protocol to the smus protocol also the protocol is used on the nebulae server, I am not looking for anything big.
I am willing to pay Free - $800 for the total project.
