XML MYsql PHP HSBC APi Module

I am looking for an application writtne in php connecting to a mysql database that will
1) create the XMl from the database of fields
2) send that file to HSBC they seem to suggest using a form
action
with a text area nameed="CLRCMRC_XML" witch contains the XML (see below)
3) Enter the output of the XMl to the databse
4) Display the HTML page to the customer with results if successful or not. Reference to a table of error messages in MYSQL database.
