Advertising Schedule

We are looking to create an online scheduling tool for our clients to check and book available advertising times at different venues on our flat screen infrastructure.
The tool should enable our clients to choose the advertising slots they require then book them in advance.
The scheduling tool will be used on an account basis, therefore we also need to create a permission based database.
The tool will also be used internally for our sales team to check availability instantly.
