Frontpage Support for Sports Site

Frontpage Support and Webdesign Required.
We have a large sports site that has been built in frontpage and we require telephone support, some page make-up, some design input and some webmaster services to help us maintain and develop this site. Perhaps some back-up in creating mini-webs, pages and posting content.
Someone available and patient on the phone, someone who is very familiar with this application (and issues like shared borders) and experienced enough to know exactly what they are doing.
We are west of London based. On site visit may be useful but not essential.
