Gaming Machine Shell Development
posted on 18/5/2005We are looking for an individual to produce a software 'shell' for a prototype 'pay-to-play' terminal (in laymans terms, a multigame 'pub quiz' machine).
The project will require writing software to our specification that will interface to the machines peripherals (note acceptor/coin mechanism/ticket printer/coin hopper) as well as machine test routines and accounting ; basically the the core system for the machine in question.
Ideally the person in question will have had previous experience in the amusement industry but anyone with a strong technical ability will be considered.
We are based in Worcestershire so a local person would be preferable (as the project would probably involve a lot of hands-on testing).
Price is negotiable.
