PHP auction code editing

I have purchased a PHP code for online car auction site but I want to make it highly customized. The code is written in PHP/MySQL and not very simple at all. Although I do not want it to look like www.cars.com and www.motors.ebay.com (my site is very small) I think you should study these sites for reference. I can give you the code but you should see the code in action before proceeding further.
Telecommuting is ok but you must write your city/town name into the subject line or body of your email.
