Niche Jobs Portal / Website

We are looking to develop a niche jobs portal with the facility to upload new vacancies online with a username & password. Would also need an admin section to track usage.

Am interested in hearing from people/companies with previous similar experience. Any examples would also be of interest.

We are based in London.
