ASP.NET w/VB.NET - Small Project, 1 Freelancer Req'd

1 contract programmer to work on a small fixed-price project. You will be free to work in your own time, from your own home, but there is a 6-week project deadline from the data of acceptance.
You will be working alongside another 'freelancer' on the same project but will be assuming a more active role, with many design decisions being left up to you.
The Project:
You will be designing a small database-driven website, with potentially very high usage. The front-end will comprise a customer registration form, login and account management features. These will allow customers to create an account, enter credit card details and be billed for access to our Web Service, which you will also be programming.
The Web Service (without going into detail) will basically need to authenticate a user against a database, accept an incoming SOAP or XML querystring and insert the contents (after validation) into a database.
You will be able to contact the Project Manager at any time Mon-Fri 10am through 5pm and 24/7 via e-mail.
Payment will be made in thirds: on acceptance, after major milestone, and on completion.

> All work will be protected by a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
This is a brand new business project with serious earning potential. We are also open to proposals for a part-cash, part-profit sharing scheme. If you are interested in this rather than just a one-off payment please let us know on your application.

> SQL Server 2000
> Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 *REQUIRED*
> Excellent design and visual skils
> Ability to work from a design brief and not be 'spoon fed'.
> Previous experience a must; would prefer to see samples of online work you've produced.
