Flash-based Web site

We have been briefed by an a-v hire, video and conference production co. to re-design their Web site. The new site will be creative and "interesting". We need to bolster our in-house design and development skills with a Flash animator, possibly with database integration experience, too.
Budget is tight (isn't it always?) but this project is worth five-ten man-days between now and September if the daily rate is right.
