flash animation

We are a publishing house and we require flash animation for rollovers for our new website and adverts on the site.

The layouts can all be supplied in photoshop layers and the ideas of what we want and how it is to be animated supplied as text files.

Basic idea on prices needed as this will be an ongoing project.
