Online shop in PHP/MySQL with basic CMS
posted on 24/11/2005I need an online shop and basic CMS developed using PHP and MySQL.
The shop will integrate with paypal, and needs to record details of orders and email them to my client for fulfilment.

The design of the shop is VERY important. It will be a bespoke design, so you need to be able to code it so that it uses the design I supply.
YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO DO THE HTML CODING. I will supply you with all html, css, and images.
The cleint should be able to:
Add, edit or delete products.
Add the following for each product:
Name
Description
Price
Small Photo (appears with product description)
Large Photo (appear in a pop up if you click on a link)
Colors available (each product can come in 4 or 5 colors - eg red, blue, green etc)
Put each product in one of 4 (or maybe 6) categories. Eg Earrings, Necklaces etc.
The shop needs a basic shopping cart (PHP based) and check out facilties. The actual payment will be done via Papal.
I addition to the online shop I need a BASIC CMS. All my client needs to be able to do is edit the body copy of existing page. Eg the bit that says 'Lorem ipsum.." here:

They don't need to be able to add pages, edit the title or change the images. Only 3 pages need to be able to be edited. You DON'T need to build in any more capability than this.
