Simple CMS in PHP / MySQL

No Agencies or overseas developers, please.
Must be UK based, preferably central through south England.
PHP / MySQL pro willing to complete a job designed to deliver small Housing Associations and Tenant Managed Organisations a very simple website using a predefined - custom template. The site(s) will be paid for through an annual service/hosting fee. I can run the maintenance/service.
I have so much work on I have had to let this one drop off the end but if you are interested you might be able to run the project (and thus receive most of the income) yourself. I am willing to help out and provide support to the venture but the clients are ready and waiting to buy in.
Requires: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, experience in a LAMP environment and CSS2.
