Freelance PR with Redhot Contacts Required

A freelance role has arisen for a suitably qualified candidate (possibly two days over three months).
This client will be difficult to gain coverage for. Do you have:-
* Red hot contacts at the legal & IT trade press?
* Proven success in gaining coverage in the IT and legal sections of the national broadsheets and Mail / Express?
* Expertise in IT?
