PHP developer with design skills East Anglia

Looking for a PHP developer who has a good eye for design, currently we are looking to expand our team due to increase work loads. You must be competent enough to work through old code if necessary and amend projects based on brief. The existing code is however well documented.
You must have good experience in designing interfaces based on client briefs, many of these will be structure and good documentation will be provided however there may be times where you will be required to improvise and product mock-ups on minimal input.
All our sites are driven through CSS & PHP so please do not apply if you are not competent in these.
