Flash Animation correcting project

We have a project that we wish to divide amongst highly skilled animators. All animations are already done, but we require corrections, limited or no drawing skills are required, but knowledge of how to use flash is essential. Basically you have to correct the existing animations, inserting audio and making changes.
There are 38 hours of work per person that we require the final animation back by 4pm Wednesday 21st.
We are ideally looking for 10 animators and would require excellent english and excellent attention to detail. Budget is 570 british pounds per person, with an additional bonus of 50 british pounds for delivering on time and with no mistakes.
