Website and database needs further development

Internet and Intranet site created in perl and cgi, running a mysql database, needs amending and further development. Small book supply company with immediate need for programming of sofware to allow for increase to 13-digits ISBNs and changes to suppliers. In time the website needs redeveloping. Initially there are a few issues to resolve, ie software changes, longer term the site needs to be kept ticking over and updated as necessary.
