Freelance Graphic Designer

I would like to hear from freelance designers capable of producing modern brochure designs, ideally good at illustration too. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience (no graduates).
Generally concepts only will be required so please give an example price to produce initial brochure concepts of - 5 cover options and 3 spreads (to go with the best 3 covers).
