XHTML/CSS Front-end developer

We're a fast-growing digital agency looking for a freelance front-end developer for a project starting in the next week or so.
You should love writing elegant, cross-browser, standards-compliant XHTML/CSS and (ideally) also be familiar working with template engines like smarty or liquid. Ruby on Rails experience is a big big plus as that's what our CMS is built in...
We're in London but you don't necessarily have to be (as long as you can get here for the occasional face to face meeting)...
