web programmer/partner required

I am a web designer/developer that has both designed a suite of websites for photographers and developed them.
As I haven't got the ability to pay for a programmer to complete them I am looking for someone to either work as a partner or on a royalty only basis (documents will be drafted). The sites are designed to earn income and numerous photographers have shown interest.
