Flash Uploader

I am a flash designer looking for a customizable uploader using php as a backend. I want my clients to be able to upload images to an images folder on a website, and also be able to create variables for each image, e.g. image title, image size etc that I can tell a flash file to get and display in a gallery. So all the client will see is a swf with the following: a choose image button and a couple of input text fields, for the image title, image size etc. and then an upload button.
I would prefer for you to be based in London so we can meet up and discuss.
Please quote a rough price in your reply.
