Re do my site

I want to change my site www.chauffeursblog.com to a joomla / wordpress / other type of site keeping it mainly as it is if possible with maybe some enhancements using latest fast loading template 508 compliant and all the usually goodies incorporated in a news/magazine format:
· To transfer over the existing data (posts) into new data base using same menu and catergories. (ability to add/edit/delete)
Ability to add text link adds
Have advertising revenue so ability to add edit and delete.
· Ability for register users to add posts and add to existing categories in similar format! The same for administrator to add posts to categories. (maybe create section for this manual upload of posts)
· Ability to create new categories and able to move them around like a news portal/magazine and to populate the sections using rss feeds and keywords. I have a programme that can upload feeds via keywords so would need ability to copy and paste php code into adnim for each categories. Ie. Chauffeur cars : Taxi news : Limousine : luxury cars etc…
· Ability to add sponsor to posts/sections for revenue
· Transfer all existing users into new database
· Transfer all links section over to new links section keeping all data.

Basically I want a automated news type portal with at least one section/category for manual posts from admin/users – with the ability to generate income from advertising/sponsorship and text link ads /adsense.
This is an idea and I am willing to listen to any idea’s that you may have to improve the site.
