web 2.0 application developer needed

Wanted: A smart, motivated, problem solving web application developer to work closely with two entrepreneurs to develop prototype/v1 of our new web 2.0 product. We have the idea, plus commercial sector experience, but we need the technical / design / development brains to complement us and get a first product to market. Appreciation of wiki principles and web 2.0 approach in general is essential. We prefer someone we can meet and work closely with, so ideal location is Hampshire, Winchester, Southampton, Basingstoke, Farnborough, Portsmouth, Andover, Salisbury or at least able to travel.
