Advanced Actionscript Developer Needed

We require a "cream of the crop" freelance Flash Actionscript developer. Must have strong programming experience of Actionscript 2.
For starters, the project is to develop a flash based audio player (100% actionscript). Audio files must be streamed, with a visual waveform respresentation of the actual soundclip. It must be possible to skip to any part of the audio file by clicking on the waveform. Design is not important, just robust and efficient coding.
If we find the right developer, who can deliver quality code within set deadlines, there will be the opportunity for regular work.
