ASP Developer required

Hi,
I'm looking for a freelance ASP developer (classic VBScript or ASP.net) to work with me on a number of forthcoming projects.
Would prefer to work on a "cost per project" basis, but will consider those who which to charge "per hour".
Would prefer a classic ASP VBScript developer as that is what all of our projects are currently coded in, but will be happy to look at ASP.net developers (I guess we have to move forward eventually!).
Most projects are based on shopping carts and CMS systems, but we are taking on more and more varied projects so you'll need to be able to create a number of different applications.
Requirements:
- A good portfolio
- Good communication skills
- Intuitive - must be able to add in extra functionality where required to create more user friendly admin areas

- Examples of projects you have worked on (please indicate if you've worked as part of a team on a project and outline your involvment)
- Your availability (e.g. do you have a full time job and are only available in the evenings)
